Therapy That Works Around You

We offer a range of ways to work together — because the right setting is as personal as the right therapist.

Face to Face

Meet your therapist in person at one of our comfortable, private counselling rooms. Many clients find the in-person connection especially valuable.

Online

Secure video sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable at home, at work, or anywhere with a private connection.

Telephone

Sometimes talking without being seen feels easier. Telephone sessions are a simple, accessible option for many clients.

Walk & Talk

Some of our therapists offer outdoor walking sessions — a gentle, grounding alternative to a traditional therapy room. Ask us about availability.

Eastleigh

Our current home. A calm, welcoming space in the heart of Eastleigh — easily accessible by public transport and with parking nearby.

We're excited to be opening a second location soon, bringing The Counselling Space to even more people across the area. Watch this space.

02

Choose your therapist

How The Counselling Space works

The Counselling Space operates as a co-operative directory of independent therapists. Once you have chosen and connected with your therapist, your therapeutic relationship, including all session arrangements, fees, cancellations, and refunds, is managed directly between you and your therapist.

The Counselling Space does not hold responsibility for session costs, payment disputes, refunds, cancellation policies, or any aspect of the ongoing therapeutic relationship. Each therapist is a self-employed professional who sets and manages their own terms. We encourage you to discuss these details with your therapist before beginning sessions.

Fully Confidential

Everything you share stays between you and your therapist. Your privacy is our priority.

Flexible Appointments

Morning, evening, and weekend slots available. In-person or online — whatever works for you.

No Waiting Lists

We work hard to match you with a therapist quickly so you can start your journey without delay.
