Andy is a qualified counsellor and BACP registered practitioner with a down-to-earth, straight-talking approach. He specialises in men's mental health, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence — bringing both professional training and personal understanding to his work.

Fiona is a deeply empathic counsellor offering a calm, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and supported. She has a particular passion for menopause counselling and adoption-related support, alongside helping clients through anxiety, depression, and bereavement.

BACP Registered, Qualified Counsellor

Kangli is a warm, empathic, and intuitive counsellor working with adults, young people (11+), and couples. She has a particular interest in cross-cultural relationships, multicultural identity, and offers Mandarin-speaking counselling for clients who feel more comfortable in their first language.

Cherry is an integrative, trauma-informed counsellor with a particular interest in grief, bereavement, and trauma. She offers a warm, supportive space for those who have often coped alone and are ready to begin making sense of their experiences.

Rebekah is a creative, relatable counsellor known for bringing a real sense of ease into the therapy space. She works with adults and young people, with a particular passion for supporting young people, LGBTQ+ clients, and survivors of trauma and abuse.

Rebecca is a deeply compassionate counsellor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She specialises in trauma, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and carer support, combining extensive knowledge with a gentle, thoughtful approach.
