Meet The Team

Beccie
Psychotherapist that specialises in trauma, abuse, relationships and family issues. She says;
“You see, I've also suffered from trauma and abuse too. I understand the difficulty you must be feeling right now, and I want to help you with that. I also know that you might well be feeling that I can't help you; that no one can.
That's where I differ as not only am I a counsellor, I've also experienced trauma and abuse, and that's the very reason I've spent years training and gaining experience to help other people, just like you (and me).”

I am a counsellor experienced in working with both adults and young people from the age of 11 upwards, and my goal is to provide you with a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, a tough life event, or simply need someone to listen, I’m here for you. I work face to face, online and also offer outdoor therapy whereby nature provides the opportunity to be mindful and in the moment. I have a special interest in counselling related to adoption, however I also have experience of working with a variety of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, chronic illness, bereavement and neurodiversity.

My role is to help clients unlock the potential they already possess. Nik
Counsellor, she say’s;
Life can be unpredictable and throw a multitude of challenges our way. As an integrative Counsellor, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate the challenges they face throughout their lives. My approach focuses on assisting clients in understanding themselves and empowering them to overcome the obstacles that hinder their personal growth and well-being. I tailor my work to each client, understanding that therapy needs can vary significantly – it's not a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you just want to be truly heard or have a goal to work towards, I aim to work with what you need from a therapist.

Laura
Nutrition Coach, she say’s;
Our relationship with food is deeply connected to how we experience life. If you struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, cravings, or body image concerns, I can help you build a peaceful and intuitive connection with food.
As a Nutrition Counsellor, I guide clients away from restrictive diets and disordered eating patterns, helping them trust their bodies and listen to their needs without guilt. My approach goes beyond food—I explore the emotional and psychological aspects that shape eating behaviours, creating a compassionate space for healing and growth.
I offer support in both English and Spanish, helping clients break free from cycles of restriction and find ease with food while creating a healthier balance.
