This January, our counselling and coaching team is taking on an exciting challenge to support Mind, a charity that works tirelessly to provide mental health support and advocacy for those in need. Our mission is to raise awareness of the positive effects of movement on mental health while raising vital funds for this incredible cause.
What is RED January?
RED stands for "Rise Every Day", and throughout January, our team will be committing to a form of movement every single day. Whether it’s walking, running, yoga, dancing, or even a gentle stretch, we’ll be showing how movement—big or small—can make a real difference in improving wellbeing and mental health.
Why We’re Doing This
As professionals in counselling and coaching, we see firsthand how mental health struggles can impact lives. We also know how transformative movement can be in supporting mental health. By taking on the RED January challenge, we’re putting our beliefs into action and encouraging others to embrace the power of movement.
How You Can Help
