Level 6 Diploma in Supervision, BACP Registered, TA-Trained Practitioner
I'm a qualified clinical supervisor (Level 6 Diploma in Supervision), Humanistic counsellor, and TA-trained practitioner registered with the BACP. I offer individual and group supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists at all stages of practice, from trainees to experienced therapists.
My approach to supervision is relational, reflective and collaborative. I aim to offer a space where you can think openly about your client work, professional development, emotional process, and ethical responsibilities without fear of judgement or criticism.
I see supervision not simply as oversight, but as a professional relationship that supports reflection, growth, accountability and restorative support. Alongside exploring clinical material and client dynamics, I'm interested in the emotional and relational processes that emerge within the work — including parallel process, attachment patterns, therapeutic impasses, and the impact the work may be having on you personally and professionally.
My style is warm, grounded and curious, offering both support and thoughtful challenge. I believe supervision works best when there is openness, mutuality, trust and enough safety for uncertainty and vulnerability to be explored honestly.
Many supervisees value the calm, reflective space supervision offers here — somewhere to pause, think deeply and reconnect with themselves, their practice and the reasons they came into this work.
I work with practitioners from humanistic, integrative, TA and other therapeutic modalities, including therapists working in private practice, agencies and training placements.
Alongside my supervision work, I remain committed to ongoing reflective practice and continue to value supervision as an essential and restorative part of therapeutic work.

"You don't need to pretend, perform, or have the right words. You can just be real. That's where the work begins."
